For boarding schools · no app to install

Home is one ask away.

AQFI Connect lets a boarding-school student reach a parent from a shared lab computer — and lets a parent leave word for their child. The parent’s phone rings through Telegram; the conversation happens here, in a private room that keeps nothing.

Two sides, one room

How it works

If you’re a student

  1. 1

Sign in at any school computer

Your Student ID and password work in the browser on the shared lab PCs. Nothing to install, nothing to carry.

  2. 2

Pick a guardian and ask to talk

Tap "Ask to talk" on Papa’s or Mama’s card. You can type a first message — it waits inside the private room, not on Telegram.

  3. 3

    Chat the moment they join

When your parent taps "Join chat", you’re in a private room together. Still waiting? You can ask another guardian at the same time.

If you’re a parent

  1. 1

    Set up Telegram once

At enrollment, tap the school’s invite link and share your phone number with the AQFI bot. That is the whole setup.

  2. 2

    Your phone is the doorbell

When your child asks to talk, Telegram shows "Join chat" and "Can’t talk now". Join opens the chat right in your browser — no login, no app.

  3. 3

    Leave word anytime

Can’t wait by the phone? Sign in with a Telegram code and post a short note on the school’s public board — your child sees it the same day.

The fine print, up front

Built around one promise: nothing sticks around.

The room keeps nothing

When a chat ends — either side taps “End chat”, or ten quiet minutes pass — every message is permanently deleted. Your school cannot read your chats. Neither can we. There is nothing left to read.

every message, erased at the end

Telegram is only the doorbell

The alert says just “Amir wants to talk” — never the message itself. Anything you type waits inside the private room.

One school, one code

Every school has a short code, like SMKSA. It’s the school’s address on the platform — ask your school office for yours.

The public noticeboard

Each school has a board anyone can read at /<school-code>/board — no login. Parents can post a short note (up to 280 characters); it stays up for 24 hours.

To Amir, Form 3 Amanah — from Papa

“Grandma arrives Friday. Call home after prep.”

Parents hold the keys

Forgot your password? Call home from the school phone — your parent resets it from their panel and tells you the new one. The school is never in the password loop.

Waiting isn’t failure

A request stays open for 30 minutes, and you can see its state the whole time. If Papa can’t talk right now, ask Mama — one tap, no hard feelings.
